    I’m Coach Lysa, a wellness and embodied-living coach dedicated to helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild balance, and move through life with more intention and ease.  I hold a  Bachelor's  in Psychology and am currently obtaining my Master's in Counselling Psychology.


    Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to focus on your wellbeing again, my coaching offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reset. I will guide you through a holistic framework built around my 5 Pillars of Embodied Living —  each session being flexible, personalized, and designed to meet you exactly where you are today.


    My approach is simple, grounded, and human: it’s about learning to listen inward, understand what your body and mind are asking for, and create practical rhythms that support your everyday life.
